Orders

Placing an order is simple. Browse our product catalog, add the items you want to your shopping cart, and click "Proceed to Checkout." Enter your delivery address, select your preferred payment method, review your order summary, and confirm your purchase.

You'll receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided within a few minutes of placing your order. Keep this email safe as it contains your order number, which you'll need for any inquiries.

You may request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing hello@shelfspace.online with your order number as soon as possible.

After this window, orders are typically handed off to our warehouse team for packing and dispatch. Once packed, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, but we will do our best to assist you. If the order has already shipped, you can initiate a return once it's delivered.

After completing checkout, you will be shown an order confirmation page with your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

If you did not receive a confirmation email after 30 minutes, please contact us at hello@shelfspace.online and we'll verify your order status.

In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You will have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund for the unavailable item while we ship the rest of your order
  • Wait for the item to be restocked (we'll give you an estimated restock date)
  • Cancel the entire order for a full refund

Yes, you can add multiple items to your cart and purchase them in a single order. This is more efficient and may reduce your total shipping cost, as shipping is calculated per order rather than per item in most cases.

Please note that items in a single order are typically shipped together. If items in your order have significantly different availability, we may ship them in separate packages.

We do accept bulk inquiries for select products. Please contact us at hello@shelfspace.online with the product(s) you're interested in and your required quantity. Our team will get back to you with availability and pricing details.

Payments

We accept a wide range of payment methods to make shopping convenient for customers across the Philippines:

  • E-wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya)
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (via major Philippine banks)
  • Online Bank Transfer: BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other major banks
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in most areas (subject to courier coverage)

Available payment methods are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Yes. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. You'll see a padlock icon in your browser's address bar when visiting our checkout pages.

We do not store your full card number on our servers. All card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. For e-wallet payments (GCash, Maya), you are redirected to the respective secure platforms to complete payment.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available in most areas across the Philippines. COD availability depends on your delivery address and courier coverage in your area.

A small COD convenience fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout. When your order arrives, please have the exact amount ready to hand to the courier.

Note that repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may affect your ability to use COD for future orders.

For online payments (e-wallets, cards, bank transfer), your payment is charged at the time you complete your order. You will receive a payment confirmation along with your order confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. Your order will be dispatched after it is accepted and packed by our warehouse team.

If your payment fails, your order will not be confirmed and no charge will be made. Common reasons for payment failure include:

  • Insufficient balance in your e-wallet or bank account
  • Card declined by your bank (try contacting your bank)
  • Session timeout during payment (try again)
  • Temporary issues with the payment gateway

Please try placing your order again. If the problem persists, contact your bank or e-wallet provider, or try an alternative payment method. You can also contact us at hello@shelfspace.online for assistance.

Your order confirmation email serves as your official receipt and proof of purchase. Please save this email as you may need it for returns, refunds, or warranty claims.

If you require a formal receipt for business or tax purposes, please contact us at hello@shelfspace.online with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro Manila (NCR): 2–4 business days
  • Luzon — Near Metro Manila: 3–5 business days
  • Luzon — Provincial: 4–6 business days
  • Visayas: 4–7 business days
  • Mindanao: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / Island Areas: 7–14 business days

These estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from when it is placed. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Yes, we ship to all 81 provinces across the Philippines, covering Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao including most island municipalities and remote barangays. Delivery to very remote areas may take longer and is subject to courier availability.

If you're unsure whether we deliver to your specific address, contact us before ordering at hello@shelfspace.online.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the courier's name. Use this tracking number on the courier's website or app to monitor your delivery in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear on the courier's system.

If you haven't received a shipping notification within 3 business days of your order being confirmed, please contact us at hello@shelfspace.online.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm payment — you are never charged more than what is shown at checkout.

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders from time to time. Any such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will typically attempt re-delivery (usually 2–3 attempts) or leave a notice with instructions to pick up the package from a nearby hub or branch.

After the allowed holding period, unclaimed packages are returned to us. If this happens, contact us to arrange a re-delivery (a re-delivery fee may apply). To avoid missed deliveries, ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide an alternate delivery contact.

Currently, ShelfSpace ships within the Philippines only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are interested in international shipping in the future, please contact us and we'll let you know if this becomes available.

Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, email us at hello@shelfspace.online within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first receiving an approved RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (as confirmed by the courier's tracking record) to request a return. Return requests submitted after this window will generally not be accepted, except in cases of damaged or wrong items.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • GCash / Maya: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: 7–10 business days via GCash or bank transfer

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, fresh items)
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Digital products and gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Customized or personalized items

If you're unsure about a specific product's return eligibility, contact us before purchasing.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shelfspace.online with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the damage or wrong item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.

Account Management

You do not need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest by providing your email address and delivery details at checkout.

However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view your order history, save your delivery addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience for future purchases.

You can create an account by clicking the account icon on our website and selecting "Register." Fill in your name, email address, and a secure password. You may also be prompted to create an account at the end of your first checkout.

A verification email will be sent to your registered email address. Click the link in the email to verify and activate your account.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a password reset link to that email. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, contact us at hello@shelfspace.online and we'll help you regain access.

Log in to your account and navigate to "Account Settings" or "Profile." From there, you can update your name, email address, phone number, and saved delivery addresses.

If you need to update the delivery address for an existing order that hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately at hello@shelfspace.online with your order number.

To request account deletion, please email us at hello@shelfspace.online from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

We will process your request within 10 business days in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Please note that deleting your account will remove your order history and saved preferences. You may wish to save any important order information before submitting a deletion request.

Every marketing email we send includes an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Click this link to opt out of future marketing communications. You can also update your email preferences in your Account Settings.

Please note that even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you will still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, etc.) related to your active orders.
