Shipping Policy

ShelfSpace Shipping Policy We ship to all 81 provinces across the Philippines using trusted courier partners. This policy explains how we process, ship, and track your orders.

1. Overview

ShelfSpace is committed to delivering your orders safely and on time to any address across the Philippines — from Metro Manila to the most remote provincial areas. We work with trusted local and national courier partners to ensure your packages arrive in good condition.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in the Philippines. Delivery timelines begin from the date your order is confirmed and payment is verified, not from the date the order is placed.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all major islands and provinces in the Philippines, including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Delivery is available to most residential and business addresses nationwide.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

The following delivery estimates are provided as a guide. Actual delivery times may vary based on courier operations, weather conditions, local holidays, and seasonal demand.

Note: These timelines are business day estimates and exclude Philippine public holidays, weekends (for processing), and any force majeure events such as typhoons or natural disasters.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the courier service selected.

  • Standard shipping: Rates vary by region and order weight. The exact fee is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
  • Free shipping promotions: We may occasionally offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Conditions will be stated clearly during any promotional period.
  • Bulky or oversized items: Additional shipping surcharges may apply to heavy or large items. These will be displayed at checkout.

All shipping fees are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and inclusive of any applicable charges.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Our typical processing timeline is:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PHT: Processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PHT: Processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays: Processed the next business day

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (sales events, the holiday season, and Hardin/12.12/11.11 promotions), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days due to high order volumes.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the courier handling your delivery
  • A tracking number or waybill number
  • A link or instructions to track your package

You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier's website or app. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at hello@shelfspace.online with your order number.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most areas across the Philippines, subject to courier service coverage and item eligibility.

COD Details

  • Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery
  • Exact change is appreciated to facilitate smooth handover
  • COD orders are subject to an additional convenience fee, displayed at checkout
  • COD may not be available for high-value orders, remote areas, or specific product categories

COD Limitations

  • COD is not available for orders above a certain value threshold (displayed at checkout)
  • Refusing a COD delivery without valid reason may affect your ability to place future COD orders
  • If you refuse delivery, return shipping costs may be deducted from any subsequent refund

For COD refunds (e.g., if an item is damaged upon arrival), refunds are processed via GCash or bank transfer. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

8. Failed Deliveries

A failed delivery occurs when the courier is unable to deliver your package due to reasons such as:

  • No one present at the delivery address to receive the package
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Address inaccessible to courier
  • Refusal of delivery by recipient

In the event of a failed delivery, the courier will typically attempt re-delivery up to 2–3 times, or hold the package at a pickup hub for a limited period. After this period, the package may be returned to ShelfSpace.

If your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. A re-delivery fee may apply. If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

To prevent failed deliveries, please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, and that someone is available to receive the package.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date at hello@shelfspace.online with:

  • Your order number and tracking number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged packaging or item (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue with the courier and work toward a resolution, which may include:

  • Reshipping the item at no additional cost (subject to stock availability)
  • Issuing a full refund if the item cannot be reshipped

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure events including typhoons, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible resolution.

10. Shipping Limitations

The following limitations apply to our shipping services:

  • International shipping: We currently ship within the Philippines only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a complete physical delivery address.
  • Restricted areas: Delivery may not be available to certain restricted or high-risk areas. We will notify you if your address is outside our coverage area.
  • Prohibited items: Certain items may be restricted from shipping due to courier policies or Philippine regulations. We will inform you if any product in your order cannot be shipped.
  • Weather and natural events: Delivery timelines may be extended during typhoon season, flooding, or other weather events affecting courier operations.
  • Address accuracy: ShelfSpace is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
